One of the best features of this one-bedroom condo is the fact that the living room is located on the second level of the unit, offering a lot of flexibility with the floor plan and making the unit feel more spacious due the separation created by the staircase. The living room always had an open, airy feel due to the large sliding glass doors and the presence of skylights, so #dwelloctoberstudio simply gave the room a refresh with a coat of dusty blue paint. This shade of light blue really compliments the original woodwork, including the lattice trim and paneling from the building's former life as a church.

Now that we've shared our appliance selections for the kitchen renovation at the #dwelloctoberstudio church to condo revival project, we're taking a deeper dive into the rest of the finishes used in the kitchen. As this entire project was inspired by a Parisian apartment, we opted for a moody color scheme in the kitchen, painting the walls, trim, and ceiling a dusty shade of blue, paired with rich burgundy cabinets.
